Shop Policies

Your satisfaction with the items you have chosen is of most importance to me.  I take great care in making all items in a smoke free and dog friendly home.  All supplies and raw materials are kept in zip bags and/or storage bins.  All finished product is also kept in zip bags and storage bins until shipped.  Most items are shipped in zip bags as well.  I do squish as much as as possible out of bags, in order to reduce shipment size.

I normally ship by next business day, but sometimes it could be up to 2 business days from purchase at the latest.   Should there be circumstances that would delay shipping for any reason, I would certainly contact you and let you know.  Normally, this would only happen during incredibly poor weather.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post by Air.

Please note, that I am not responsible for payment of any international customs/duty charges in the receiving country. Please be familiar with the custom charges in your country.  When I ship and declare purchase values, I cannot send items as "gift", or for a lesser amount than what you paid.  I can only indicate the true value paid for all items. Thank you for your understanding.

I accept returns, within 7 days of receipt, as long as it is in the same condition it was in the day it was shipped.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and full refund will be applied once item is received in original condition, by Art-by-Ana. 

I currently only ship to Canada and the USA.  I will be considering adding more countries very soon, so please stay tuned.  You can also message me for an international quote on shipping.  I would be happy to provide you with an estimate on shipping costs to your home.
